1. Subscriptions
SOCPilot, INC (SOCPilot) sells SOCPilot as a monthly or annual subscription. Charges are billed in advance based on the plan and investigation volume in effect at the start of each billing period.
2. Cancellation
Workspace owners can cancel an active subscription at any time from billing settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. The workspace remains available until the end of that period; no further charges are made.
3. Refunds for monthly plans
Monthly plans are not refunded for the current billing period. If we make a material error that prevents you from using the service for an extended portion of the period, contact support@socpilot.co and we will issue a service credit.
4. Refunds for annual plans
Annual plans cancelled within the first 30 days are eligible for a full refund of the prepaid amount, less any usage above the Team SOC volume tier. After day 30, annual plans are non-refundable but can be cancelled to prevent renewal.
5. Pilots and proofs of value
Pilots and proofs of value are scoped in writing before they begin and follow the terms in the pilot statement of work. Where a pilot is paid, the refund terms in the SOW take precedence over this policy.
6. Service credits
Service credits are applied to the next invoice and have no cash value. Credits are not transferable between organizations.
7. Disputes
Billing disputes must be raised within 60 days of the invoice date. Contact support@socpilot.co with the invoice number and the disputed line items.
